Something For Every Season
OUR STORY
Our Grandfather started planting evergreens in 1945 to prevent soil erosion. Soon, his coworkers asked if they could use his beautiful evergreens for a Christmas tree. Word spread to neighbors and friends in the surrounding area, and the Yocum Brothers Lakeside Nursery was born.
Today, the nursery is run by third generation Yocums who have grown up working "the farm". We enjoy seeing third generation customers, with whom we have grown up over many Christmases throughout the years. As we forge new traditions we look forward to continuing the traditions started all those years ago by grandpa.
